ORDER PROCESSING
Eletech does not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
SHIPPING ORDERS
1) Orders take up 3 to 5 full business days to be processed, handcrafted meticulously and packed before it is shipped.
2) Orders with standard international shipping travel via the destination country courier partners and the shipping lead time would be 10-15 days.
3) DHL Express Shipping takes 1 to 3 days for your order to arrive.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your order. This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems. For customised orders, please feel free to contact us here.
